The St. Mary’s FILIPINO Community Committee which functions in accordance with laws of the Catholic Church (universal law of the Church and particular laws of the Vicariate Apostolic of Southern Arabia) and particular rules and regulations of the parish, represents all FILIPINO Catholics of the St. Mary’s Parish in Dubai, and includes the Clergy, Religious and Laity.

It shares with the Priest in-charge the responsibility for the growth of the Parish as a Community of Faith, Hope and Love. The main objective of the Committee is to work harmoniously with the Parish Priest and Priest In-charge with a common vision to promote unity among the entire People of God, to proclaim effectively the Good News of Jesus Christ, to enhance the growth of the community of believers, and to render dedicated service to the FILIPINO Catholic Community, reflecting the sanctifying mission of the Universal Church at large and that of the Vicariate Apostolic of Southern Arabia in particular, by striving to do the will of God in the Vicariate and the Parish, under the guidance of the Holy Spirit
